This is to inform you that pursuant to the applicable provisions of Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (“Listing Regulations”) and in compliance with the relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the Company has on 26[th] October, 2023 completed the process of dispatch of Postal Ballot Notice through electronic mode to those members whose e-mail IDs are registered with the Company / Depositories as on Friday, 20[th] October, 2023, being the cut-off date.
Further, in compliance with Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations, we are enclosing herewith copies of Newspaper cuttings published in "Financial Express" (English & Gujarati) on 27[th] October, 2023 in connection with the completion of dispatch of Postal Ballot Notice.
