We would like to inform that Securities Transfer and Stakeholders Relationship Committee (“STSRC”) has at its meeting held today approved the issuance of Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (“NCDs”) aggregating upto ₹ 12,500 Crores (Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Crore) in one or more tranches on private placement basis.

The details as required pursuant to SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11[th] November, 2024 is enclosed as Annexure .

The STSRC meeting commenced at 10:00 am and concluded at 10:45 am.
