Torque Metals Limited (ASX: TOR) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Torque Metals Limited (‘TOR’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of TOR, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 27 April 2022 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt

Dear Damian

Torque Metals Limited (Torque or the Company) requests that a trading halt of its securities be granted by ASX effective immediately.

For the purposes of Listing Rule 17.1, Torque provides the following information:

• a) The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by the Company in relation to a capital raising.

• b) Torque requests the trading halt remains in place until the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 27 April 2022 or unless before that time the Company makes an announcement in relation to the capital raising.

c) Torque is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
