Annual General Meeting – Listing Rule 3.13.1
Torque Metals Limited (“Torque”) advises that, in accordance with the Constitution of the Company and ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, its Annual General Meeting will be held at 12.00 noon (WST) on Tuesday 23 November 2021.
In addition, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 8 October 2021. Any nominations must be received in writing no later than 5.00 pm (WST) on 8 October at the Company’s registered office.
Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the Annual General Meeting in a separate Notice of Meeting, which will be provided to shareholders later in October 2021. The Notice of Meeting will also be available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform and the Company’s website at www.torquemetals.com
