Topps Tiles plc (the "Company")

Block Listing Application

The Company announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for 1,188,990 ordinary shares of 3.33 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), to be admitted to the Official List maintained by the UK Listing Authority and to trade on the London Stock Exchange.

These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued as a result of exercise of options in respect of vested awards made pursuant to the Topps Tiles 2013 Long Term Incentive Scheme.  It is expected that admission of the Ordinary Shares will become effective on the 31st May 2016.  These Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
