Director/ PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that on 12 June 2014 it has allotted 50,352 new ordinary shares of 3.33 pence each in Topps Tiles Plc ("Ordinary Shares") as a result of the exercise of share options by Matthew Williams and Robert Parker, Directors of the Company.

Rob Parker will now hold 145,522 Ordinary Shares representing 0.08% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The 50,352 Ordinary Shares have been issued under a block listing. Following the exercise, the Company's total issued share capital will be 193,607,290 Ordinary Shares.
