Grant of options

The Company announces that on 27th January 2016 the following Directors/PDMRs were granted options over ordinary shares of 3.33 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Share") with an exercise price of 1.27 pence per Ordinary Share ("Award Shares"). 

The grant relates to the company-wide 2016 SAYE Scheme pursuant to which 3 year and 5 year options were granted and are exercisable from the 1st April 2019 and 1st April 2021 respectively
