Topps Tiles plc (the "Company")

Director/PDMR shareholdings

The Company announces that on the 15th June 2016 it received notification of the following transactions by Directors and PDMR's:-

1.     Mr Matthew Williams, a Director of the Company, exercised options granted pursuant to the Company's SAYE Share Scheme in relation to 8,372 ordinary shares of 3.33 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an option price of 43 pence.  As a result Matthew Williams will now hold 1,459,191 Ordinary Shares representing 0.75 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.  As a result, the combined holding of Matthew Williams and Lucia Williams is 1,718,191 Ordinary Shares representing 0.88 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

2.     Mr Richard Carter, a PDMR, exercised options granted pursuant to the Company's SAYE Share Scheme in relation to 8,372 Ordinary Shares at an option price of 43 pence and subsequently sold all the said shares at a price of £1.44.

3.     Mr Brian Linnington, a PDMR, exercised options granted pursuant to the Company's SAYE Share Scheme in relation to 8,372 Ordinary Shares at an option price of 43 pence.

4.     Mr Brian Linnington, a PDMR, exercised nil cost options in relation to a further 100,000 Ordinary Shares previously vested pursuant to the Topps Tiles 2013 Long Term Incentive Plan and subsequently transferred the shares to Helen Louise Linnington (a connected person).
