Director/ PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified by Matthew Williams, CEO, of the transfer by Matthew Williams to his spouse Lucia Williams of 250,000 ordinary shares of 3.33 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") today.

Matthew Williams now holds 1,465,986 Ordinary Shares representing 0.8% of the issued share capital of the Company. The combined holding of Matthew and Lucia Williams remains 1,748,986 Ordinary Shares representing 0.9% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The above notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4.
