Announcement No. 12/2012

As published in company announcement No. 19/2011 of 4 October 2011,
Topdanmark's Board of Directors decided to allocate employee shares for 2012 in
return for a salary reduction.

It has allocated 47,205 employee shares for 2012.

The allocation was effected on 23 November 2012.
