Correction to Mawer Investment Management's shareholding in Topdanmark

Pursuant to Section 38 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, Topdanmark A/S hereby announces it has received corrected information from Mawer Investment Management regarding company announcement no. 13/2020 dated 4 December 2020. On 1 December 2020, the aggregate holdings of Mawer Investment Management did not exceed 5% of the voting rights as initially disclosed. The corrected number of Topdanmark's shares over which Mawer Investment Management exercised voting rights as of 1 December 2020 was 4,291,983 shares equivalent to 4.77% of the voting rights. According to the information provided to us, the share capital holding of Mawer Investment Management as of 1 December 2020 was unchanged at 4,520,787 shares equivalent to 5.02% of the share capital.
