Topdanmark’s holding of own shares exceeds 10%

Topdanmark now holds 9.569.000 own shares representing 10.07% of the share
capital.

On 20 March 2017 (announcement No. 16/2017), Topdanmark announced that the
holding of own shares was 9,467,000 shares representing 9.97% of the share
capital.
