Announcement No. 11/2015

In Topdanmark's interim report for Q1 2015 (announcement No. 10/2015) it says
that Topdanmark Forsikring will redeem subordinated notes of DKK 350m on 18
June 2015.

In the interim report for Q1 2015 it was further announced that Topdanmark
intends to issue new subordinated notes of around DKK 750m with provisions in
accordance with the requirements of Solvency II. It is intended to issue the
new subordinated notes by the end of 2015.
