Topdanmark — Capital/Financing Update 2015

As announced in Topdanmark’s half-year report for 2015, Topdanmark Forsikring
A/S is planning to issue new subordinated notes with provisions in accordance
with the requirements of Solvency II by the end of 2015.

For this purpose, Topdanmark Forsikring A/S has granted a mandate to Danske
Bank A/S to arrange the offering process. The size of the planned issue is
expected to be around DKK 750m.
