Topdanmark is negotiating the issue of hybrid core capital

Topdanmark is negotiating the issue of up to EUR 60m of hybrid core capital in accordance with the Danish Financial Business Act.

If the negotiations are successful, the calculation of Topdanmark's capital base will include the hybrid core capital along with the shareholders' equity.

Over time the issue of hybrid core capital of EUR 60m will correspondingly increase Topdanmark's share buy-back programme.
