Due to an upcoming job change, Bjarne Graven Larsen has informed Topdanmark
that with effect from today he wants to retire from Topdanmark’s Board of
Directors.

It is intended to refill the directorship at Topdanmark’s Annual General
Meeting on 7 April 2016.
