Trine Zappe, elected by employees to the Boards of Directors of Topdanmark and
Topdanmark Forsikring, will move to a new job with Topdanmark on 1 April 2013
and has therefore chosen to resign from the Boards at the same time.

Per Mathiesen, customer adviser and alternate for Trine Zappe, will join the
Boards as a new member elected by employees.
