Re: Appointment of new members to the Board of Directors of TOP KINISIS TRAVEL PUBLIC LTD

At its meeting of 14 September 2023, the Board of Directors of Top Kinisis Travel Public Ltd decided to appoint Messrs Andreas Kakkouras and Simos Antoniou as new members of the Board of Directors. Here follow short CVs of the new members:

Andreas Kakkouras – Member of the Board of Directors

Andreas Kakkouras was born in Nicosia in 1986. He graduated from The Grammar School in 2005 and served as president of his class and vice-president of the student council.

From 2005 to 2007 he completed his military service in the National Guard and went on to study at Middlesex University in London, from where he obtained a BA in Marketing and Business. In his last year of studies in London he was president of the Greek Cypriot society of the University of Middlesex. In 2011 he studied at Lancaster University in England, where he successfully completed his postgraduate degree in e-business and innovation. He joined the team of TOP KINISIS TRAVEL PUBLIC LTD in September 2012 and held various positions in the firm until his appointment as Marketing Manager in 2015. As of January 2020, he is the director of the firm's offices in Nicosia. Andreas is married and has one child.

Simos Antoniou – Member of the Board of Directors

He was born in Nicosia in 1990. He graduated from The English School in Nicosia in 2009. After his military service, he studied at the University of Southampton from 2011 to 2015, from where he obtained a BSc and a MEng in Civil Engineering. From 2015 until 2020 he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Cyprus, where he obtained the title of Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW). As of 2020, he works in a private company in the investment sector.
