The Company was registered in New South Wales, Australia with limited liability. Under the Australian Corporations Act, a registered company does not have an authorised share capital and there is no concept of “par value” in respect of issued shares.

The ordinary shares of the Company were initially listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 11 May 2018.
