CHANGE OF AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE

Reference is made to the announcement of Top Education Group Ltd dated 30 June 2021 (the “ Announcement ”). Unless otherwise specified, capitalised terms used in this announcement have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The Board hereby announces that as a result of her resignation as a joint company secretary of the Company, Ms. Chow has ceased to act as an authorised representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“ Authorised Representative ”) with effect from 1 July 2021. Ms. Min Ying has been appointed as an Authorised Representative in place of Ms. Chow with effect from 1 July 2021.
