Toople plc (TOOP.L) announces that following admission of the Placing Shares and the Fee Shares of the Company on 25 September 2018, certain Directors agreed for a portion of the fees and remuneration owed to them of approximately £51,400 to be settled through the issue of 17,133,332 Fee Shares at the Placing Price of 0.3 pence per Ordinary Share. Consequently, the Company has received notification of the following:

Richard Horsman was issued 8,500,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.0667p each. Following the Issue, Mr Horsman's beneficial interest in the Company is 12,500,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.31% of the Company's issued share capital.

Geoff Wilson was issued 4,666,666 Ordinary Shares of 0.0667p each. Following the Issue, Mr Wilson's interest in the Company is 6,366,666 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.67% of the Company's issued share capital.

Kevin Lawrence was issued 3,966,666 Ordinary Shares of 0.0667p each. Following the Issue, Mr Lawrence's interest in the Company is 3,966,666 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.47% of the Company's issued share capital.
