Amsterdam, 29 April 2011 - TomTom NV announces that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held today approved the re-appointments of Mr Doug Dunn and Mr Rob van den Bergh as members of the Supervisory Board for a new term of four years, effective as of 29 April 2011 and subject to the rotation plan.

The Supervisory Board has the intention to re-appoint Mr Dunn as Vice-Chairman from among its members.
