ROSEDALE HOTEL<00149> - Share Consolidation Market participants are requested to note that the shareholders of Rosedale Hotel Group Limited ("ROSEDALE HOTEL") have approved the consolidation of shares on the basis of 10 then existing ordinary shares ("Old Shares") of ROSEDALE HOTEL into 1 new ordinary shares ("New Shares"). Effective from Friday, 12/12/2003, a temporary counter under stock code 2985 and stock short name "ROSEDALE HOTEL" will be established for trading in board lots of 250 New Shares each to replace the previous counter (stock code: 149) for trading in board lots of 2,500 Old Shares each.
