ROSEDALE HOTEL<00149> - Odd Lot Arrangement The Stock Exchange has received a message from Rosedale Hotel Group Limited which is reproduced as follows:- "ODD LOT ARRANGEMENT In order to facilitate the trading of odd lots of the Consolidated Shares as a result of the Share Consolidation, the Company has appointed Young Champion Securities Limited as an agent to match, on a "best effort" basis, the sale and purchase of odd lots of the Consolidated Shares arising from the Share Consolidation from Tuesday, 30th December,2003 up to and including Monday, 26th January, 2004.Such arrangement is to facilitate Shareholders who wish to dispose of or top up their odd lots of Consolidated Shares.
