There was no dilution on the Group's profit for the six months ended 30th June, 2002 as there was no dilutive potential ordinary share outstanding during the period. The diluted earnings per share for the six months ended 30th June, 2001 was based on the Group's profit of HK$18,693,000 and the weighted average of 1,065,784,804 shares issued and issuable (after adjusting for a deemed issue of 24,642 shares for no consideration).
