TOM - TOMRA: PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES

Today, 31.10.2016, TOMRA Systems ASA purchased 12,500

own shares at an average price of NOK 90.216 per share.

After this transaction, TOMRA holds 175,446 treasury

shares. The shares will later be sold to employees as

part of the employee share purchase program.
