10 July 2025: KIRKBI Invest A/S (“Kirkbi”) has today sold 50,000 shares in Tomra Systems ASA (the “Company”).
Following the transaction, Kirkbi holds a total of 14,783,104 Shares in the Company, representing approximately 4.99% of the share capital and votes in the Company.
