000 shares in TOMRA Systems ASA at an average price

of 79,25 NOK/share. Investment AB Latours holdings in

TOMRA Systems ASA now amounts to 38 130 000 shares

representing 25,8 percent of the shares.

Investment AB Latour's CEO, Jan Svensson, is

represented at the TOMRA Systems ASA's Board of

directors.
