TOMRA: CLOSING COMPAC TRANSACTION
Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 12 October 2016, related
to the acquisition of Compac Holdings Ltd (Compac).
The New Zealand Overseas Investment Office has now advised us of its approval of
the acquisition.
Closing of the transaction will consequently take place on 31 January 2017, and
Compac will be consolidated into the Tomra Group accounts from 1 February 2017.
