TOMRA: Mandatory notification of trade

As part of the share purchase program for board of directors in TOMRA Systems

ASA, the following board of directors have purchased shares in TOMRA:

Bodil Sonesson, represented at TOMRA System ASA's board of directors, has today

acquired 350 shares in TOMRA Systems ASA at a price of NOK 367 per share. After

the acquisition Bodil Sonesson holds 900 shares in TOMRA Systems ASA.

Hege Skryseth, represented at TOMRA System ASA's board of directors, has today

acquired 404 shares in TOMRA Systems ASA at a price of NOK 369 per share. After

the acquisition Hege Skryseth holds 887 shares in TOMRA Systems ASA.
