As part of the share purchase program for board of directors in TOMRA Systems

ASA, the following board of directors have purchased shares in TOMRA:

Bodil Sonesson, represented at TOMRA System ASA's board of directors, has today

acquired 550 shares in TOMRA Systems ASA at a price of NOK 276 per share. After

the acquisition Bodil Sonesson holds 550 shares in TOMRA Systems ASA.

Bjørn Matre, represented at TOMRA System ASA's board of directors, has today

acquired 3,686 shares in TOMRA Systems ASA at a price of NOK 277 per share

through his wholly owned company Lille Oslo Eiendom AS. After the acquisition

Bjørn Matre holds 3,686 shares in TOMRA Systems ASA.

Hege Skryseth, represented at TOMRA System ASA's board of directors, has today

acquired 483 shares in TOMRA Systems ASA at a price of NOK 277 per share. After

the acquisition Hege Skryseth holds 483 shares in TOMRA Systems ASA.

Pierre Couderc, represented at TOMRA System ASA's board of directors, has today

acquired 410 shares in TOMRA Systems ASA at a price of NOK 276 per share. After

the acquisition Pierre Couderc holds 910 shares in TOMRA Systems ASA.
