TOMRA: Contemplating NOK senior unsecured green bond issuance
Tomra Systems ASA, rated A- (stable) by Scope, has mandated DNB Markets and
Nordea as Joint Lead Managers to arrange a virtual group investor meeting on 19
March 2024 09:00 CET.
Subject to market conditions, one or more NOK denominated senior unsecured green
bond issues with expected tenor(s) of 5-7 years and a total size of up to NOK 1
billion may follow.
In connection with the potential issuance, the company may consider a
conditional buy back of the outstanding bond with ISIN NO0010868326 (TOM02) and
maturity date 14 November 2024.
