NEW EUR 50M LOAN FACILITY

Tomra Systems ASA has today entered into a EUR 50m Multicurrency Revolving

Credit Facility with DNB Bank ASA as lending bank and arranger.

The facility has a tenor of 5+1+1 years. The funds will be used to refinance

existing debt and for general corporate purposes.
