TOMRA Systems ASA announces new CFO

On March 1[st], 2022, Eva Sagemo will take over as CFO of Tomra Systems ASA.

President and CEO of TOMRA.

Having been in TOMRA since 2012, Eva brings extensive TOMRA business insight,

broad expertise in finance, as well as compliance and audit. Over the course of

her career, Eva has grown her breadth across the finance function and various

transformation projects of increasing international scope and complexity.

Eva holds an Executive Master of Management specialization in tax law from BI

Norwegian Business School and a bachelor's degree in Audit from Oslo

Metropolitan University.

been fortunate to be a part of the fantastic journey TOMRA has had, and I'm

The current CFO and Deputy CEO, Espen Gundersen, announced in October 2021 his

desire to step down during 2022. Espen will continue as CFO until February

28[th] and stay employed in TOMRA until end 2022 to ensure a smooth transition.

"By appointing Eva as my successor, TOMRA will get a competent and experienced

finance professional at the helm of the finance function. I'm confident she will

be a great CFO and an important part of the TOMRA leadership team, contributing

to the growth and success of the Group in the years to come," said Gundersen.
