This is a correction of the announcement from 6 May 2019, 19:28 CEST.

Enclosed is the updated protocol (Norwegian/English) from the Annual General

Meeting 2019 in TOMRA Systems ASA, held on Monday 6 May 2019.

Reason for correction: All decisions were made in accordance with the Boards'

recommendation, but it was a misprint in the protocol on §12. Updated protocol

with markup is attached.
