Director/PDMR Shareholdings

TomCo Energy plc (AIM:TOM), the oil shale exploration, development and technology group focused on using innovative technology to unlock unconventional hydrocarbon resources, announces that, on 9 April 2019, Mr Andrew Jones, the Company's Executive Chairman, purchased, into his Self-Invested Personal Pension ("SIPP"), 307,692 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 3.25 pence per Ordinary Share and 35,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 3.30 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase, Mr Jones' beneficial interest in the Company is 380,838 Ordinary Shares, with 342,692 Ordinary Shares held in his SIPP, representing, in aggregate, approximately 0.32% of the total voting rights of the Company.
