RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Board announces that Ms. Tommei Tong has resigned as a Non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 18 August 2008.

The board of directors (the “Board”) of TOM Group Limited (the “Company”) announces that Ms. Tommei Tong has resigned as a Non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 18 August 2008 as she will be spending more time at home to take care of her family.

Ms. Tong confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board and there are no matters with respect to her resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude to Ms. Tong for her valuable contributions to the Company during her tenure of services.
