Yönetim Kurulumuzun 28.02.2025 tarihli kararı ile Denetimden Sorumlu Komite'nin görüşü alınarak, 6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve 6362 sayılı Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu uyarınca belirlenen esaslara uygun olarak, Şirketimizin 2025 yılı hesap dönemindeki finansal raporlarının denetlenmesi ile Kamu Gözetimi, Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu ("KGK") tarafından sürdürülebilirlik alanında bağımsız denetim faaliyeti göstermek üzere yetkilendirilmesi şartı ile KGK tarafından yayımlanan Türkiye Sürdürülebilirlik Raporlama Standartları'na uygun olarak hazırlanacak raporların zorunlu sürdürülebilirlik güvence denetimi dâhil ancak bununla sınırlı olmamak üzere ilgili düzenlemeler kapsamındaki diğer faaliyetleri yürütmek üzere Maslak Mah. Eski Büyükdere Cad. Maslak No1 Plaza Blok N 1 İç Kapı N 1 Sarıyer, İstanbul adresinde bulunan, İstanbul Sicil Müdürlüğü'nde 304099 Ticaret Sicil Numarası (Mersis Numarası: 291001097600016)   ile kayıtlı DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş.'nin seçilmesine ve bu seçimin Genel Kurul tarafından onaylanmıştır.

With the decision of our Board of Directors dated 28.02.2025 and the opinion of the Audit Committee, in accordance with the principles determined by the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and the Capital Markets Law No. 6362, it has been decided to audit the financial reports of our Company for the fiscal year 2025 and to authorize DRT Independent Audit and Certified Public Accounting Inc., registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry Office under Trade Registry Number 304099 (Mersis Number: 291001097600016), located at Maslak Mah. Eski Büyükdere Cad. Maslak No1 Plaza Blok N 1 İç Kapı N 1 Sarıyer, Istanbul, to carry out the mandatory sustainability assurance audit of the reports to be prepared in accordance with the Turkey Sustainability Reporting Standards published by the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority ("KGK"), as well as other activities within the scope of relevant regulations, provided that it is authorized to conduct independent audit activities in the field of sustainability by KGK, and to submit this selection for the approval of the General Assembly.
