Tod's S.p.A. (la "Società") rende noto che, in conformità a quanto disposto dall'art. 154-ter, comma 1, del D. Lgs. 24 febbraio 1998 n. 58 ("TUF"), la Relazione Finanziaria Annuale al 31 dicembre 2019 (comprendente, tra l'altro, il progetto di Bilancio d'esercizio e il Bilancio consolidato al 31.12.2019, la Relazione degli Amministratori sulla gestione, la dichiarazione consolidata di carattere non finanziario ex D. Lgs. n. 254/16 e l'attestazione di cui all'art. 154-bis, comma 5, TUF), le Relazioni del Collegio Sindacale e della Società di Revisione, unitamente alla Relazione sul governo societario e gli assetti proprietari relativa all'esercizio 2019 e alla Relazione sulla Politica di Remunerazione e sui compensi corrisposti, sono messe a disposizione degli Azionisti e del pubblico in data odierna presso la sede legale della Società, nella sezione "Governance" del sito internet della Società www.todsgroup.com, nonché sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato all'indirizzo .
