Tod's S.p.A. (the "Company") announces that the non executive member of the Board of Directors, Maurizio Boscarato, resigned today from his office with immediate effect.
Based on the information available to the Company, as of today's date, Mr. Boscarato does not holds ordinary shares of the issuer Tod's S.p.A..
