TOD'S S.p.A. – Revisione dell'assetto di governance del Gruppo Tod's
Il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Tod's SPA, nel corso dell'odierna riunione, ha deciso di mantenere la carica di Amministratore Delegato solamente in capo al Presidente, Diego Della Valle, ed al Vicepresidente, Andrea Della Valle, con poteri analoghi, riportando la guida del Gruppo a due soli Amministratori Delegati e sostituendo la figura dell'Amministratore Delegato, Dott. Umberto Macchi di Cellere, con un Direttore Generale, questo allo scopo di accorciare la catena decisionale e rendere quindi più rapide le decisioni da prendere, con la struttura operativa del Gruppo e tutti i managers di Prima Linea.
L'incarico di Direttore Generale è stato assegnato alla Dott.ssa Simona Cattaneo, con un passato professionale in L'Oréal, Burberry e Christian Dior, alla quale diamo il benvenuto.
Ringraziamo, con stima, il Dott. Umberto Macchi di Cellere per il lavoro svolto nei quattro anni trascorsi nel Gruppo, contribuendo alla realizzazione di progetti importanti, tenendo conto degli sviluppi futuri dell'azienda. Lo vogliamo ulteriormente ringraziare anche per l'importante ruolo che ha avuto nel gestire l'eccezionale periodo della pandemia.

TOD'S S.p.A. – Amendment to the corporate governance structure of Tod's Group
Today the Board of Directors of Tod's S.p.A. has approved to keep the position of Chief Executive Officer solely for the Chairman, Mr. Diego Della Valle, and the Vice-Chairman, Mr. Andrea Della Valle - with the same powers and replacing the third CEO, Mr. Umberto Macchi di Cellere, with a General Manager, in order to shorten the decision-making process, thus speeding up the decisions to be taken with the operational structure of the Group and the entire management team.
The position of General Manager has been assigned to Ms. Simona Cattaneo, with a professional background in L'Oréal, Burberry and Christian Dior, whom we welcome.
We thank, with esteem, Mr. Umberto Macchi di Cellere for the work done in the four years spent in the Group, contributing to the implementation of important projects, taking into account the future developments of the Company. We also want to thank him further for the important role he played in managing the exceptional period of the pandemic.
