S.r.l. e Filangieri 29 S.r.l. nella Tod's S.p.A., adottate dal Consiglio di Amministrazione della Società in data 8 settembre 2021, è stato depositato in data odierna presso il Registro delle Imprese delle Marche, unitamente alla documentazione richiesta dalla normativa vigente.

Il verbale delle deliberazioni di fusione è altresì messo a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede sociale, sul sito internet della Società www.todsgroup.com, nonché sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato all'indirizzo .
