TOD'S S.P.A. - Si rende noto che il verbale della delibera di fusione transfrontaliera per incorporazione della Holpaf B.V. nella Tod's S.p.A., adottata dal Consiglio di Amministrazione della Società in data 7 Agosto 2018, è stato depositato presso il Registro delle Imprese delle Marche, unitamente alla documentazione richiesta dalla normativa vigente.

Il verbale della deliberazione di fusione è altresì messo a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede sociale, sul sito internet della Società www.todsgroup.com, nonché sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato all'indirizzo .
