Change of the commercial name of TMK

By the present we would like to inform you that on July 9, 2015 the full commercial name of the Company was changed. In accordance with the Articles of Association the Company has the following names: The full commercial name of the Company in Russian shall be: Публичное акционерное общество «Трубная Металлургическая Компания»; The abbreviated commercial name of the Company in Russian shall be: ПАО «ТМК»; The full commercial name in English shall be: PАО «TMK»; The abbreviated commercial name in English shall be: ТМК; We would like to draw your attention that in accordance with the Russian laws the change of the commercial name does not require any reissuance of the contacts, powers of attorney, invoices, reports or any other documents issued prior the change of the name; For the issuance of any documentation including but not limited to contracts, invoices, payment instructions and others dated after July 9, 2015 we kindly ask you to use the new names as stated above.
