TKH acquires remaining 26% stake in Commend International

TKH Group NV ("TKH") announces that it has reached agreement on the acquisition of the remaining minority interest of 26% in Commend International GmbH ("Commend International") in Salzburg (Austria).

In January 2015, TKH acquired a majority stake of 74% in Commend International together with the acquisition of the international sales organizations of the Commend group.

The transaction will be effected in January 2018 and will be financed from existing resources. With this transaction, TKH will own 100% of the outstanding shares of Commend International, allowing TKH to build further on the leading market position in mission critical intercom systems.
