Notice is hereby given pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 47 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been convened on Thursday, the 11[th] day of November, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. at the Registered Office to inter-alia consider and approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30[th] September, 2021.

This is further to inform you that in accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed from October 1, 2021 to November 13, 2021 (both days inclusive).
