Notice is hereby given pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been convened on Saturday, the 5[th] day of September, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at the Registered Office of the Company to transact the following business:

1. To consider and approve the Directors’ Report for the year ended 31[st ] March, 2020.

2. To consider and approve the Secretarial Audit Report received from Mr. Jignesh Makwana, Practicing Company Secretary under Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013.

3. To appoint “Scrutinizer” prescribed under Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014.

4. To consider and approve the Notice for conveying the Thirty Fourth Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company.

This is further to inform you that in accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed from 29[th] August, 2020 to September 7, 2020 (both days inclusive).
