Notice is hereby given pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 47 of SEB! (LODR) Regulations, 2015 a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been convened on Wednesday, the 29[th] day of May, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Registered Office to transact inter alia, the following business:

1. To consider and approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31[st] March, 2019.

2. To consider and approve the Directors' Report for the year ended 31~t March, 2019.

3. To consider and approve the Secretarial Audit Report received from Mr. Jignesh Makwana, Practicing Company Secretary under Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013.

4. To appoint "Scrutinizer" prescribed under Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014.

5. To consider and approve the Notice for conveying the Thirty Third Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company.

This is further to inform you that in accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the trading window of the Company will remain closed from May 20, 2019 to May 31, 2019 (both days inclusive).
