Tivoli makes public attendance figures after each of its seasons as well as in
the interim reports.

The Summer Season 2012 lasted from 10 April – 24 September, in all 168 days.

The Summer Season 2011 also lasted 168 days

Expectations for the year’s result maintained

“We are pleased to announce that attendance for the summer season 2012 is at
the same level as in 2011. Yet again we see how the weather influences
attendance, and we are especially pleased with attendance this season in view
of the exceptionally cold summer. Now, we are looking forward to Halloween in
Tivoli which will be open for two weeks this year and also presents a new
evening concept, "says CEO Lars Liebst.

He continues: "The expectations of profit before tax for 2012 are maintained at
the level of approximately DKK 30 million, which is the same as 2011".

Tivoli has 64 opening days remaining in 2012. Halloween in Tivoli is open 12 –
28 October. Christmas in Tivoli is open 16 November – 30 December.
