Tivoli A/S — Major Shareholding Notification 2012

Pursuant to the Danish Securities Trading act paragraph 29, Tivoli A/S has
today received notice from Danske Bank that they have reduced their number of
shares in Tivoli A/S, whereby Danske Bank holds less than 5 % of the share
capital in Tivoli A/S.

Danske Bank thereby no longer constitutes a major shareholder of Tivoli A/S.
